TO REGISTER AS A USER WITH IJOI:
1. Go to the link entitled: "Author/Reviewer Login" & click on "Log In To FasTrack".
2. Type in the user name that you will use in the journal from now on. The Editor needs to recognize your name, so please use as your user name, your last name & first initial (i.e. dembowskif)
3. Select a password that you will use from now on with the journal.
4. Click login. Note: Once you have logged in, you may add to or change your user information – click on the user preference tab.

THE INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION (IJOI)
IJOI (ISSN 1943-1813) is an international, interdisciplinary, open-access, double - blind, peer - reviewed journal. The Innovation related topics include management & organizational development themes, as well as engineering & IT (See BACK ISSUES to view past topics). The journal is designed to be of benefit to scholars, researchers, students, practitioners, policy-makers and consultants. It is published quarterly with submissions accepted continually.
IJOIs’ hallmarks include timely reviews (usually less than three weeks) of a wide variety of innovation related research & scholarship, from both the researcher and practitioner perspectives. Also, the articles published in the Journal have NO PAGE LENGTH RESTRICTIONS!!
IJOI is listed in the EI/INSPEC, ProQuest, Cabell's & Ulrich's databases and is internationally distributed by EBSCOhost and other international electronic distributors. The Journal is listed in DOAJ and reaches an international audience with past readers from 120+ countries and authors from over 60 countries.
All articles are sent for a double blind peer review. However, besides giving a decision on publication, the reviewers also make suggestions for improving the submission. Thus, authors are given both a summative and formative evaluation of their submission. Another service provided by IJOI is editing of articles to ensure that all articles meet author writing guidelines and to improve use of the English language. Submissions are welcome from all scholars and practitioners with an innovative idea or process!! Submissions from students are welcome.
