The International Journal of Organizational Innovation (ISSN: 1943-1813) is an interdisciplinary international peer-reviewed journal with timely publication of a wide variety of research, scholarship, educational and practitioner perspectives on management & organizational-related themes and topics. It aims to provide a global perspective on management and organization of benefit to scholars, educators, students, practitioners, policy-makers and consultants.

Open Access, Licensing & Reuse, Copyright, Fees and Compliance

Open Access Statement:

The International Journal of Organizational Innovation provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public and supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Upon publication in IJOI, an article is available "without embargo" or "immediately upon publication" to the authors and public which meet current federal and institutional standards.

Licensing and Reuse:
All articles in The International Journal of Organizational Innovation are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Under this license, authors and readers are free to share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the material for any purpose, including commercially, provided that the original work is properly cited. Data Availability: The underlying data for the research in an article is also made public or accessible upon request to the authors.

Copyright:
Authors retain copyright of their work without restrictions. By publishing in The International Journal of Organizational Innovation, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the work and identify itself as the original publisher.

Fees and Compliance
This journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance (Gold OA). For a listing of fees please see the link “Service Fees”. This policy is compliant with the 2026 OSTP Federal Mandate and other funder requirements for immediate public access with no embargo."

IJOI is issued Quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

NOTE: ALL ARTICLES MUST BE IN THEIR FINAL FORM & FULLY PAID FOR AT LEAST FIVE WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE NEXT ISSUE IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED IN THE ISSUE!! TO AVOID AN ADDITIONAL EDITING FEE, BE SURE TO FOLLOW THE AUTHOR WRITING GUIDELINES CAREFULLY!!

 Note: If you are an Editor, Associate Editor or Assistant Editor/Reviewer of the Journal, you may have an article published in the Journal at 50% of the normal publication fee of $50.00/page ($25/page).  Editing fees, if needed,  are not reduced 50%.

All articles must follow “Author Guidelines” and must be approved for publication through the peer review process of the journal, except for Editor Invited Articles.
